📋 Description

• Study use cases and the impact of AI-powered features, particularly generative AI, on developers’ activities in enterprise environments • Draft a scoping document defining the scope of the study, research questions, and deliverables • Identify AI use cases and feature categories for developers, including code generation, code review and optimization, vulnerability identification, and solution design • Define expected benefit metrics and prioritize AI use cases • Identify risks associated with AI services and AI-performed activities • Analyze the impacts on the company’s activities, roles, teams, and operating models • Design solutions and best practices for adopting AI services in software development • Assess solutions and best practices against market realities and those of client companies • Contribute to clients’ operational engagements • Support the development of CTO Advisory expertise, particularly business development and the preparation of commercial proposals • Produce market maps of responsible digital technology players • Develop responsible digital technology awareness materials for employees • Participate in the firm’s internal activities and events
