📋 Description
• Lead accounting teams during interim roles • Own and manage the full financial close process • Prepare and review GAAP-compliant financial statements • Coordinate external audit and tax processes • Partner with FP&A to provide accurate actuals • Assess current-state accounting processes • Support ERP implementations and automate initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • CPA strongly preferred • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience • Deep understanding of GAAP • AI fluency and ability to leverage tools • Advanced Excel proficiency • Experience in consulting or fractional leadership capacity • Exposure to M&A transactions preferred
