📋 Description

• Full operational control across production, packaging, fulfillment, and warehouse • Oversight of ~55 employees (45 in Miami, 10 overseas) • End-to-end manufacturing performance and output • Warehouse and fulfillment efficiency (e-commerce driven environment) • Process optimization, systems, and infrastructure • Implementation of automation / operational improvements • Ensuring the business runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably

🎯 Requirements

• Strong manufacturing operations background (non-negotiable) • Experience running production floors, plant operations, or similar environments • Exposure to warehouse and fulfillment operations • Proven ability to manage teams at scale • Fragrance industry experience (this is the slam dunk) • Backgrounds from companies like International Flavors & Fragrances, Givaudan, Agilex Fragrances, Phoenix Flavours and Fragrances, Cosmo International Fragrances, Alpha Aromatics, Belair Creations • E-commerce operational experience • Experience introducing automation, robotics, or process innovation
