📋 Description

• Serve as domain expert for a key marketing pillar and directly responsible individual for the domain area • Build data products and algorithms optimizing budget allocation, targeting strategies, and multi-channel campaign performance • Design and implement marketing measurement strategies, including attribution modeling, incrementality analysis, and multi-touch attribution • Drive marketing strategy through data insights, A/B testing, and causal inference to maximize marketing-spend ROI • Develop and maintain analytics pipelines and data infrastructure with data engineers and data scientists • Conduct exploratory analysis to identify growth opportunities, understand customer behaviour, and optimize marketing tactics • Provide reporting, dashboards, and ad-hoc analytics support to marketing stakeholders • Leverage AI tooling to handle operational tasks efficiently • Partner with Google, Meta, and other ad platforms and internal engineering teams on tracking, data integration, and measurement • Collaborate with Growth, Product, Engineering, marketing stakeholders, data engineers, and data scientists • Own projects end to end and ship simple, effective solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding of digital marketing mechanics including attribution, ad platforms, tracking, and conversion optimization • Experience working with lifecycle data and understanding ways of reaching new and existing customers holistically • Strong technical skills in Python and SQL with experience building production-quality code • Proven track record in algorithm development, optimization problems, or building data-driven decision systems • Strong foundation in causal inference, A/B testing, and experimental design • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders • Demonstrated ownership as the data DRI on complex projects end to end • Ability to use AI effectively while providing strategic guidance and critical thinking • Full-stack data science experience, from dashboards and reporting to sophisticated algorithm development • Ability to contribute to strategic direction in marketing analytics from day one with minimal ramp-up time • Experience with marketing measurement, attribution, and incrementality • Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and manage complexity • Willingness to teach, learn, and seek feedback • Experience at larger-scale tech companies developing internal analytics and optimization systems is ideal • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
