📋 Description

• Translating business objectives into people priorities and leading high-level discussions with client leadership. • Managing the full HR lifecycle, from building performance management cycles and facilitating training to performing turnover data analysis and conducting recruiting screens. • Reviewing and updating employee resource manuals, creating modern policies, and managing complex employee relations. • Partnering with in-house subject matter experts to implement bespoke organizational strategies that fuel growth and retention.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in a related field preferred. • Minimum of seven years of progressive HR experience required. • Experience as a Senior Manager or higher within a consulting organization or an in-house HR team highly preferred. • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP, or equivalent certifications preferred. • Comfortable handling client requests in at least 50% of the listed HR areas.
