📋 Description

• Drive execution of Agent Experience as outlined in the AE SOP • Support site/agent/team contests driven by vendor and CLIENT • Manage signage and CLIENT brand material • Create visuals to drive performance • Respond to UES/NPS survey results • Manage and leverage CLIENT swag • Drive new hire engagement by posting variety of items of interest to training class

• Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing • Ability to multi-task • Group Retiree additional requirement: proficient with Group Retiree resources and processes • Consumer focus • Listening • Teamwork • Self-motivating • Multi-tasking • Creativity • Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive • Self-driven and ambitious • Outgoing personality with high energy • Passion around providing our consumers with an outstanding experience • Prior stable work experience
