📋 Description

• Design thoughtful, actionable surveys for research engagements of moderate complexity. • Comfortably lead internal project meetings and participate in external client calls as needed. • Prepare clear, client-ready deliverables with limited guidance. • Organize and manage the storytelling process for straightforward research engagements. • Begin building trusted, lasting relationships with clients. • Support proposal development by conducting secondary research, gathering cost estimates, taking notes during RFP discussions, and contributing to presentation slides. • Step confidently into management-related activities on research and strategy engagements. • Execute support roles independently, accurately, and with confidence across various engagement types. • Strengthen your presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. • Deepen your understanding of financial metrics and how your responsibilities drive positive financial performance. • Consistently demonstrate professional maturity and calm confidence. • Mentor interns and Research & Implementation Associates on all aspects of project execution to ensure high quality work.

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in a related field is beneficial, but we equally value demonstrable, equivalent experience. We welcome candidates from diverse educational backgrounds. • 1–3 years of experience in consulting, marketing, or research (or a related field). • A strong sense of ownership and rigorous attention to detail. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills (written and verbal). • Professional maturity, problem-solving ability, and solid time management. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • SPSS knowledge is a plus.
