📋 Description

• Provide remote supportive care for patients requiring additional monitoring or assistance • Promote quality patient care, comfort, and a safe environment in collaboration with the Registered Nurse • Interact with co-workers, visitors, and staff consistent with Jefferson values • Recognize patients, families, and designated care partners while providing respectful, compassionate, coordinated care • Communicate with and support the interprofessional team, patient, family, and designated care partners • Observe assigned patients for safety • Report changes in patient condition or behavior to professional staff • Complete required reports and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma • BLS through the American Heart Association • Behavioral Health Sciences interest preferred • Part-time availability for day shift, 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
