📋 Description

• Managing calendars and inboxes for both Ciaran & Evan • Supporting both founders with personal organization, travel booking, hotel arrangements, meal planning/prep coordination, personal events planning, and more • Assisting with personal brand content needs, marketing and sales organization, hiring coordination, project planning, organizing and hosting mastermind events • Being client-facing and helping with onboarding clients • Handling general business admin and keeping operations running smoothly

🎯 Requirements

• No executive assistant experience required • Detail-heavy, process-driven background preferred • Strong organizational skills • Positive energy and adaptability • Ability to handle multiple tasks
