📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end import entry audit process • Review CBP documentation, identify discrepancies, drive corrective actions, and maintain audit-ready records • Manage Post Summary Corrections (PSCs) • Validate duty payments and monitor broker performance • Partner with Finance to recover overpayments and ensure compliance • Review HTS assignments and resolve classification discrepancies • Provide guidance on complex customs classification issues • Analyze import data to identify compliance risks, duty savings opportunities, and process improvements • Develop dashboards, automation, and reporting tools • Collaborate with Transportation, Finance, Merchandising, customs brokers, and other cross-functional teams • Improve customs processes, documentation, and import data integrity • Build scalable tools that improve data accuracy, reduce duty overspend, and support global trade operations

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with U.S. customs compliance, including CBP Form 7501, customs valuation, country of origin requirements, HTS classification, and trade remedies such as Sections 301 and 232 • Strong analytical skills to identify documentation and duty calculation errors, quantify financial impact, and maintain accurate audit records • Experience working with customs brokers • Experience managing Post Summary Corrections (PSCs) • Experience ensuring compliance with importer of record requirements • Advanced spreadsheet and data analysis skills • Experience creating reports, calculators, dashboards, or automation that improve efficiency and accuracy • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to collaborate across teams, influence process improvements, and manage compliance risks proactively • Eligible applicants must reside in one of the listed states for the Work Your Way program
