📋 Description

• Drive our global trade compliance strategy, building scalable programs that reduce landed cost and streamline customs operations across borders. • Work cross-functionally to embed compliance into every stage of the supply chain while influencing key business decisions through data and risk mitigation. • Act with urgency, communicate with clarity, and embrace challenges as opportunities to raise the bar. • Lead with accountability and aim to leave a lasting impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive trade compliance background, including classification, valuation, licensing, and audit processes, ideally in a high-volume import/export environment. • Proven success leading cross-functional compliance projects involving brokers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders across legal, finance, and supply chain. • Strong analytical and systems expertise, including experience with ACE, AES, ECCN/HTS tools, and denied party screening software. • History of delivering cost savings through duty optimization strategies such as FTA use, duty drawback, First Sale for Export, and process improvements. • Executive communication skills with a track record of presenting risk assessments, dashboards, and strategic roadmaps to senior leadership.
