📋 Description

• Manage projects, execute tasks, and plan effectively • Collaborate cross-functionally to align processes • Own and evolve critical analytics tools • Build scalable, data-driven solutions enabling exception-based management and faster, more accurate decisions • Translate complex data into actionable insights • Develop predictive analytics to guide long-term inventory performance • Ensure operational excellence through reporting, SOPs, and training • Design and develop advanced analytics models and tooling infrastructure to optimize inventory and procurement • Oversee and enhance the Supply Chain Dashboard, FC PDR, and FC WBR • Develop tools for new business pursuits and advancing current operations • Automate tools and reduce errors • Support data collection for full-scale automation • Respond to business insights needs and tooling requisitions within the established SLA • Monitor inventory levels and performance through advanced data analytics • Produce predictive analytics models supporting inventory metrics 1+ years in advance • Provide data-driven insights for ad hoc inventory decisions • Explain business drivers in dollar terms versus count metrics • Optimize FC Labor Planning and Fulfillment Operations through analytics and stakeholder collaboration • Predict and surface OTS and Labor Spend at the daily FC level • Mentor entry-level analytics professionals • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and alignment across teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field • 2–5 years of experience in business analytics • Experience with Python or R • Experience building SQL queries • Experience with Excel • Power BI, Tableau, and DAX are nice-to-haves • Eligible applicants must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wyoming
