📋 Description

• Support six Family Law Attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial preparation • Independently manage complex family law cases with minimal supervision and take ownership of day-to-day case progression • Prepare, review, and file pleadings, declarations, financial disclosures, discovery, subpoenas, and other legal documents • Coordinate court deadlines, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation • Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and third-party experts • Organize and analyze financial records, executive compensation, RSUs, stock options, retirement assets, business interests, and other complex marital estate documentation • Assist attorneys with settlement conferences, mediation, and trial preparation • Maintain organized case files while ensuring compliance with California Family Law procedures and court rules • Deliver exceptional client service with professionalism, empathy, and discretion • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff in a fully remote, technology-driven environment

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of dedicated California Family Law Paralegal experience • At least one year of full-time experience handling matters before the Santa Clara County Superior Court strongly preferred • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) • Extensive experience supporting high-net-worth family law matters • Strong knowledge of California Family Law procedures, judicial forms, financial disclosures, and litigation deadlines • Ability to independently manage complex cases with minimal supervision • Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills • Strong computer proficiency and comfort working in a fully remote environment • Professional maturity, emotional intelligence, and sound judgment • Stable employment history demonstrating long-term commitment
