📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects, from kickoff to post-launch. • Actively contribute to the definition and growth of our internal delivery organization. You will audit our current "chaos," propose scalable process improvements, and standardize how we report progress and handle risk. • Facilitate Scrum rituals and evolve them to fit the specific needs of our startup environment. You will be a mentor to the team on what "good" Agile looks like for us. • Bridge the gap between engineering and client goals, ensuring our process supports, rather than hinders, technical velocity. • Travel required as necessary, 20% expected

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of technical delivery/project management experience in AI or SaaS. • Organizational Mindset: A proven history of not just working within a system, but *creating* one. You have experience building or refining delivery processes in a scaling startup. • Deep technical literacy and ability to coach others on delivery best practices. • Strong communication skills—able to navigate technical and non-technical discussions. • Highly *adaptable* and comfortable working with evolving processes and priorities. • Ability to work with imperfect systems and *incrementally improve them over time* rather than striving for immediate perfection.
