📋 Description

• Manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution • Conduct case evaluations, develop litigation strategy, and advise clients on risk assessment and potential exposure • Draft and argue dispositive motions • Prepare trial briefs • Oversee discovery, including expert witness preparation • Support the preparation and filing of lawsuits to recover funds from responsible third parties • Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to develop sound case strategies • Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, depositions, hearings and trials • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Provide regular and timely updates to clients on case status, strategy, and potential outcomes • Collaborate with adjusters, recovery specialists, and outside counsel to pursue recoveries efficiently • Stay current on changes in the law

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7 years of litigation experience, preferably in the commercial transportation/trucking industry • J.D. from an accredited law school • Active and good standing PA bar license; required • NY Bar license a plus • Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills • Excellent communication skills • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously • Ability to travel for court, client meetings, etc.
