📋 Description
• Manage day-to-day activities of multiple outsourced contact center sites • Mitigate operational risk and ensure adherence to policies and procedures • Oversee performance quality management with BPO partners • Plan and lead meetings with BPO partners to evaluate performance • Implement strategies adjusting to changing business needs
🎯 Requirements
• 5-7 years contact center leadership • 3-4 years of experience in Contact Center Vendor Management or equivalent experience • High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred • Ability to analyze KPI performance data • Proficiency with call center technology and standard office software
