📋 Description

• Evaluate visual and product-design materials based on professional standards and aesthetic quality • Assess visual presentation, layout, composition, usability, and overall design taste • Review graphics, documents, presentations, digital interfaces, and other professional design artifacts • Make informed decisions about design preferences and communicate the reasoning behind those decisions • Identify strengths, weaknesses, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in visual work • Apply professional design principles consistently across different tasks and formats • Use common productivity and design tools to review, compare, and assess materials • Provide clear and structured feedback based on professional experience and visual judgment

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in a role requiring strong visual quality, design judgment, and presentation skills • Experience creating graphics, presentations, documents, layouts, or other visual materials professionally • Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable design software • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, typography, spacing, and presentation quality • Ability to distinguish polished professional design from work requiring refinement • Strong attention to detail and ability to make consistent, well-reasoned design decisions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Native or near-native proficiency in English • Comfortable working with Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Docs, PDF documents, and common design/productivity platforms • Minimum commitment of 15 hours per week • Must be located in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada • H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not currently supported • Independent contractor engagement

• Compensation of $80-$180 per hour • Payments made weekly based on services rendered • Fully remote work arrangement • Flexible completion according to the agreed schedule • Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on project requirements and performance • Reasonable accommodations available upon request
