📋 Description

• Currently employed by a large healthcare, health services, health insurance, pharmacy benefits, managed care, or related healthcare organization. • Professional Background Currently working in one of the following functional areas: • - Operations • - Strategy • - Product Management • - Program Management • - Sales • - Account Management • - Customer Experience • - Marketing • - Communications • - Clinical or Pharmacy Leadership (non-patient-facing) • - Information Technology • - Engineering • - Data & Analytics • - Actuarial • - Finance • - Legal • - Compliance • Experience working within enterprise healthcare or health services organizations. • Familiarity with organizational workflows, operational processes, and cross-functional collaboration. • Comfortable participating in structured research studies and providing thoughtful professional feedback. • Ability to independently complete an online survey.
