📋 Description

• Participate in a paid research study about expert designers’ professional decision-making, creative processes, design quality, critique, and shipping standards • Take part as either the design expert being interviewed or an interviewer conducting structured sessions with other design professionals • Share insights into professional design practices, decision-making, critique, quality standards, and creative problem-solving • Explain design decisions, rationale, trade-offs, areas for improvement, and standards for production-ready work • Participate in structured and recorded remote research sessions • Prepare for each task or interview and complete a brief post-session review

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level professional design experience in one or more areas, including Product Design, UX/UI Design, Brand Design, Visual Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, or closely related disciplines • Strong, clearly articulated perspective on design quality, creative craft, critique, and shipping standards • Ability to explain approaches to design problems and decision-making throughout the creative process • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale, trade-offs, and areas for improvement • Professional portfolio demonstrating design experience and capabilities • Website or publicly accessible portfolio link preferred • Ability to participate in structured, recorded remote research sessions • Submit only work authorized for public sharing or research evaluation • Do not submit confidential, unreleased, proprietary, or NDA-protected materials
