📋 Description

• Design realistic scenarios from technical accounting memos, schedules, SEC filings (10-K / 10-Q), footnotes, disclosures, and application of new or complex ASC standards • Review and compare AI-generated technical outputs for standards-accurate conclusions and defensible support • Provide clear written feedback to improve AI reasoning about technical accounting • Collaborate asynchronously with the research team • Translate technical accounting and external-reporting work into structured, high-quality AI training data

🎯 Requirements

• Big 4 or public-company technical accounting / SEC reporting background • Deep, hands-on ASC exposure to ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 718, and ASC 805 • CPA • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Strong written communication and attention to detail • Independent contractor status • Must not require H-1B or STEM OPT support
