📋 Description

• Design email marketing assets, including campaign graphics, banners, and promotional layouts • Create print collateral such as inserts, packaging materials, and direct mail pieces • Develop digital ad creative for paid social channels • Support additional design needs, including social graphics, web assets, and presentation materials • Maintain brand consistency across deliverables using existing brand guidelines and templates • Turn around revisions efficiently and manage multiple projects in parallel across a compressed Fall and Holiday calendar • Provide temporary maternity leave coverage for a creative team member from September through December • Partner closely with Marketing and Creative teams to keep design output moving

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating ecommerce or DTC brand design experience across email, print, and digital ad work • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign • Proficient in Figma • Strong eye for typography, color, and layout • Ability to work within an established brand aesthetic and existing brand guidelines • Comfortable working independently, meeting deadlines, and managing workload with minimal oversight • Available for a minimum of 15 hours per week, with opportunity for more, from September through December • Ideally available during business hours, with flexibility provided if deliverables and deadlines are met • Portfolio link required when applying • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship • Must successfully pass a background screening
