• Prepare and maintain external financial statements, regulatory filings, lender reports, and operational reports • Apply technical accounting judgment and maintain audit-ready documentation • Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deliverables across Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Regulatory Affairs • Validate source data and lead reporting execution • Analyze key reporting metrics with FP&A and operations leaders • Explain growth drivers and translate financial results into leadership-ready reporting narratives • Support month-end close, quarterly external financial reporting, annual financial statement audits, Medicare/Medicaid audits, and PACE-specific projects • Improve automation, reporting efficiency, system integrations, internal controls, documentation, and repeatable reporting processes • Develop healthcare and PACE business-model knowledge, including Medicare, Medicaid, Part D, and regulatory constructs • Manage competing priorities and hold stakeholders accountable to reporting timelines and deliverables
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in general, public accounting, or a combination of both; Big 4 experience preferred • Regulatory reporting experience preferred • Proficiency in applying technical accounting skills • Strong technical knowledge and ability to operationalize proper accounting treatment across multiple reporting areas • Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments • Ability to build projects and reporting processes from scratch • Ability to develop business context quickly, identify key stakeholders and data sources, and deliver clear, well-supported reporting outcomes • Healthcare industry experience, including Medicare, Medicaid, or other regulated healthcare environments, strongly preferred • Proof of vaccination or a vaccine declination form required prior to employment • Must comply with required infection control and PPE standards and vaccination requirements
