📋 Description
• Provide individual, couples, or family therapy • Participate in clinical consultations
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field ( Required ) • Active LCSW or LMHC license in New Jersey State ( Required , independent practice level—no supervision required) • Strong clinical foundation in evidence-based approaches (Preferred modalities: CBT, DBT, REBT, ACT) • Experience with couples therapy ( preferred ) • Comfortable working independently while maintaining strong ethical and clinical standards
