📋 Description

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care through the telehealth platform • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans • Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric follow-up care • Incorporate therapeutic interventions when clinically appropriate • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care • Work with administrative and leadership teams to promote positive patient experiences and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Washington State Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) license • Current Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) certification • Minimum of one year of experience practicing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner • Experience treating adult and/or child and adolescent populations • Experience providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapeutic interventions • Appropriate Washington State prescriptive authority and DEA registration, as applicable to the role • Strong communication, organizational, and clinical documentation skills • Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with the practice • Commitment to consistent scheduling and quality patient care • Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is highly desirable
