📋 Description
• Make accurate ICD-10-CM code assignments. • Review OASIS (Outcome and Assessment Information Set) and assign accurate codes supported by the documentation. • Identify viable primary diagnosis and procedures as well as pertinent secondary diagnosis and procedures. • Adhere to coding compliance regulations and internal policies to ensure accurate billing for our client agencies. • Review, interpret, and recommend a plan of care corrections as needed. • Perform other job duties as assigned.
🎯 Requirements
• GED or High School Diploma • 1-2 of Relevant Work Experience • Coding Certified (HCS-D or BCHH - C) • OASIS experience (preferred) • Hospice experience (preferred)
