📋 Description

• Collect, organize, and perform basic analysis of data from various sources to identify trends and support decision-making processes • Assist in evaluating existing operational processes by providing data and analysis to identify areas for improvement • Maintain and update reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide regular updates to the management team • Consult with different departments to gather data and provide support for understanding operational challenges • Document operational processes, workflows, and improvements to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency across the organization • Perform other job duties as assigned • Work with offshore vendors to ensure appropriate staffing • Work the evening shift from 2pm-1pm Monday-Friday, with some weekends and holidays

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • 0-2 of Relevant Work Experience • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (preferred) • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time • Applicants for U.S.-based positions with WellSky must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Certain client-facing positions may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunizations and occupational health mandates
