📋 Description

• Collaborate with members to assess health concerns and provide personalized care plans using a functional nutrition approach • Leverage functional lab testing to evaluate nutrient deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, and gut health, tailoring interventions to address root causes • Guide members in adopting sustainable, anti-inflammatory diets, addressing lifestyle factors like stress, sleep, and movement • Participate in specialized training to build expertise in functional nutrition and autoimmune protocols • Work cross-functionally to integrate WellTheory’s care model into the broader healthcare system

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution • Registered Dietitian (RD) licensure • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in dietetics • Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency required • Knowledge in Disease management, Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT), and health lifestyle behavior change
