📋 Description

• Join the onsite Welocalize team in USA as a Video Quality Specialist focusing on digital video • Collaborate on video editing processes and quality assurance • Handle technical video playback issues and troubleshoot as necessary • Engage with teams to ensure project alignment and deliverables meet quality expectations • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders regarding video quality and project timelines

🎯 Requirements

• American Sign Language or British Sign Language (this is a must) • Passion for digital video and knowledge of the film and TV industry • Possess a thorough working knowledge of common technical issues found in digital video and audio • Willingness to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and changing environment • 2-4 years of experience working with digital video • Ability to take initiative and troubleshoot video/system playback issues and identify trends to propose short and long-term solutions • Track record of responding quickly and decisively to issues • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of subscription video content services and familiarity of their product offerings (preferred) • Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet knowledge (preferred) • Professional/advanced proficiency in any other language would be a big plus (optional but valuable)
