📋 Description

• Provide high-quality nursing care to clinical trial participants in their homes • Perform study-related procedures, including vital signs, specimen collection, processing and shipment, and electrocardiograms (ECGs) • Administer investigational medications/products according to study protocol • Conduct patient assessments and monitor for adverse events; report findings to the study team/Principal Investigator • Accurately document all visit activities in accordance with study requirements • Educate patients on study procedures, medications, and compliance • Maintain adherence to ICH-GCP guidelines and study protocols • Communicate with patients, caregivers, and study teams • Maintain HIPAA compliance and secure handling and confidentiality of protected health information • Advocate for patients/participants and their families • Work autonomously, recognize limitations, and escalate concerns appropriately • Follow ethical research requirements, including protections for vulnerable populations • Travel to patient homes, typically within 1–2 hours of the nurse’s location, using a personal vehicle

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted nursing licensure • Graduate from an accredited BSN, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program • Minimum 2 years’ post qualification acute care experience • Clinical Research experience preferred • BLS certification required • ICH-GCP Certificate or willingness to obtain • Basic IT proficiency, including mobile devices, documentation systems, and Microsoft tools • Ability to work independently in home-based settings • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Training in Handling and Transport of Hazardous Substances, or willingness to receive training • Flexible schedule is essential • Resume must be submitted in English
