• Develop and deliver training materials for e-learning, hybrid, and instructor-led sessions • Create job aids, training videos, and other training deliverables • Prepare training materials, learning environments, and participant resources for complex policy, operational, and technical content • Reinforce learner understanding through coaching, follow-up support, and responses to learner questions • Create and update knowledge checks, quizzes, and learner activities • Collaborate with subject matter experts to update and improve training materials based on business changes, learner feedback, and evaluation results • Support LMS administration, including course setup, learner communications, completion tracking, and reporting • Measure training effectiveness and business outcomes for continuous improvement • Translate complex policy, business processes, and technical information into clear, engaging, learner-centered experiences • Apply adult learning theory, ADDIE, and assessment best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience • 3-5 years of experience in instructional design and training in a corporate, technical, or operational training environment • Instructional Design/training qualification/certification (e.g. ATD APTD) • Demonstrated application of adult learning theory, ADDIE, assessment design, and basic training measurement and evaluation • Hands-on experience developing e-learning modules using Articulate (Storyline and Rise) • Expertise creating e-learning, instructor-led materials, job aids, and presentations • Ability to translate complex policy, business processes, or technical information into clear, engaging learning content • Experience working with SMEs and stakeholders to gather, refine, and validate training content • Proven ability to use AI-supported tools to support efficient workflows • Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) for uploading, organizing, maintaining content, and reporting • Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency • Experience with AI-based video or voiceover tools is desired (e.g., Synthesia, Vyond, WellSaid Labs or similar) • Candidates based in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Ontario, or Nova Scotia, or willing to relocate
