📋 Description

• Lead Western Digital's enterprise process intelligence program • Own the object-centric Process Mining capability • Act as the primary bridge between raw transactional data and actionable re-engineering initiatives • Institutionalize the process mining capability • Govern shared object-centric data model as an enterprise asset • Establish and maintain automated data pipelines • Design and govern process mining data models across source systems • Translate process graph outputs into investment-ready findings • Lead cross-functional process re-engineering initiatives • Drive adoption of AI capabilities at scale

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred • 10+ years in business transformation, process excellence, or consulting; 5+ years in a people leadership role • Hands-on experience with Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, SAP Signavio, or equivalent platform; ability to author data models and analytical queries • Proficiency in SQL/PQL; experience working with cloud data platforms (AWS, Snowflake, or similar) and large-scale transactional datasets • Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt minimum, Black Belt preferred), BPMN 2.0, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Demonstrated ability to build teams, influence across matrixed organizations, and deliver outcomes without direct budget authority
