📋 Description

• Maintain reliability test equipment and chambers, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime • Perform basic troubleshooting and first-level recovery for equipment and tester issues • Support equipment setup, buyoff, and verification for new tools and reliability testers • Operate HAST, TC, vibration tester, and bend tester equipment • Maintain accurate log sheets, calibration records, and preventive maintenance schedules • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to support testing needs and resolve equipment-related issues • Ensure adherence to 6S standards, lab housekeeping, and safety protocols

🎯 Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent • At least 2 years of working experience in the same related field or in a manufacturing field • Must be able to work independently • Applicants must be willing to work in Batu Kawan, Pulau Pinang • Strong hands-on experience with reliability test chambers and equipment • Knowledge of acceleration test methodology and semiconductor assembly processes • Basic programming knowledge preferred • Fast learning ability with good problem-solving and communication skills • Experience in drive-level reliability testing is an added advantage
