📋 Description

• Lead the organization’s state and federal policy strategy • Represent the organization to policymakers • Conduct research and policy analysis • Draft briefs, letters, and implement advocacy campaigns • Engage leadership, advisors, members, and partners • Facilitate committees • Track and analyze relevant legislation and regulations • Develop and execute policy strategies aligned with organizational goals

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant graduate or professional degree • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in public policy, advocacy, and strategic campaign development • Coalition building and community organizing experience • Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong knowledge of agricultural and environmental public policy issues • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
