📋 Description

• Facilitate the daily management of select projects to ensure completion and cost-effective results • Represent construction and engineering perspectives in OEM and contractor meetings, site visits, and technology assessments • Lead E&C participation in Technology Review, capital estimate and project schedule development, and Preliminary Engineering phases • Maintain a Risk Register tracking scope, schedule, cost, and constructability risks • Partner with Integrated Supply Chain on procurement support, including RFQ input, commercial and technical scope review, and bid evaluation • Lead bid evaluation activities and cost comparison analysis between E&C estimates and contractor proposals • Lead schedule development, cost benchmarking, cashflow modeling, and risk-adjusted cost positioning for project sanction decisions • Support process improvement in E&C project development workflows and integrate project data and risk tracking into project management platforms • Report to the program manager as an individual contributor

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field • 8+ years of experience in energy project development or large capital construction • Experience in EPC/EPCM project delivery, cost estimating, schedule development, and project risk management for gas generation projects • Experience in major equipment and EPC/EPCM contract procurement including bid preparation, evaluation, negotiation and award • Applicants must meet applicable United States and comparable country export control requirements
