📋 Description

• Complete all aspects of planning process including authoring project plans and developing scope, schedule, and cost baselines. • Lead end-to-end project execution, monitoring, and control activities, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and stakeholder requirements while driving project performance, financial compliance, and successful contract delivery. • Lead project closeout activities, including final assessments, documentation, lessons learned, and archival of project records to ensure successful project completion and knowledge transfer. • Interpret and transmit contract requirements and subsequent changes to functional groups. • Integrate projects' objectives and actions through participation with other project groups in matters of common concern. • Seek out and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, construction management or related technical degree or equivalent technical experience in an industrial environment • 10 years of project manager experience or 5 years of project management/supervisor experience and 5 years' experience in technical role • Westinghouse Project Manager qualification in progress or willingness to complete in designated time frame • Expertise of the Project Management Institute's Project Management Body of Knowledge • Obtain and maintain unescorted access to a nuclear power plant and working with hazardous materials • Ability to travel during the spring and fall for potentially months at a time on jobs • 12 hour schedule on nights or days when on site assignments • 6-7 days per week on site assignment • This is a physical position, which requires the ability to Lift 50-60 lbs • Ascend and descend ladders • Work in an industrial environment when on assignment • Work in a radiological environment
