📋 Description
• Lead development of project plans with focus on execution, cost, and schedule • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Development, Land, Environmental, Legal, Regulatory, Procurement (ISC), Engineering, and Operations • Manage integration across scope, schedule, and budget • Prepare RFP packages to competitively source engineering, survey, geotechnical, LiDAR, and construction services • Support Estimating with detailed scope and assumptions for financial models • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies • Provide progress, issue, and risk updates to management
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management • Experience 2 years to 5 years • Experience managing projects >$100MM • Strong project management skills • Ability to manage scope, schedule, and cost • Strong documentation skills • Ability to travel (~25%)
