📋 Description
• Lead development of project plans with focus on execution, cost, and schedule. • Coordinate diverse teams including Development, Land, Environmental, legal, Regulatory, Procurement (ISC), Engineering, and Operations. • Prepare RFP packages to competitively source engineering, survey, geotechnical, LiDAR, and construction services. • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management • Experience: 11 - 15 Years • Experience managing projects >$100MM • Manage scope, schedule, and cost and documentation skills • Ability to travel (~25%)
