• Support fabrication of electro-mechanical components at supplier facilities • Perform on-site and remote supplier oversight to ensure technical and quality requirements are achieved • Develop and implement Supplier Oversight Plans for critical document submittals and manufacturing activities • Identify and escalate supplier risks, issue communications, and coordinate resolution activities • Monitor supplier performance metrics including on-time delivery, quality issues, and deviation notices • Implement root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and Supplier Improvement Plans • Develop supply risk mitigation plans using procurement risk assessments and partner input • Provide progress reports to Project Managers, Program Directors, and SPE leadership • Perform technical evaluations of supplier manufacturing capability, capacity, process controls, regulatory/code compliance, and risks • Establish and implement supplier Development Plans to address capability gaps • Lead supplier development and qualification activities, improvement projects, and cost-reduction efforts
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical/Automation Engineering or similar • 4+ years of progressive experience in Engineering/Manufacturing • Knowledge of machining, welding, forming, molding, mechanical assembly, testing, and inspection • Knowledge of Instrumentation & Control Systems, including electromechanical components, printed circuit boards, cable assemblies, harnesses, electrical cabinets, and sensors • Experience performing problem-solving activities and process-standardization projects • Working knowledge of Manufacturing and Quality Plans • Experience performing Supplier Evaluation/Qualification • Project Management experience leading multiple concurrent projects • Familiarity and experience with IPC, IEEE, and ASME standards, norms, codes, technical specifications, and drawings • IPC or NDT certifications valued • Welding (AWS) or NDT certifications preferred • Experience with nuclear products and standards preferred • Willingness to travel 30% domestically and internationally • Must meet applicable United States and relevant-country export-control requirements
