📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop Dealer Account Managers to drive individual and regional performance • Manage outside sales teams across the assigned Northern California and Pacific Northwest region • Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new sales representatives • Drive new business by developing dealer relationships and selling company products and services • Establish sales goals, develop action plans, and hold the team accountable for results • Monitor performance through regular quality checks, coaching, reporting, and follow-up • Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective dealers while addressing and resolving concerns • Develop strategies to increase dealer retention and reduce attrition • Represent the company at recruiting, marketing, trade, and industry events • Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory to support the team, develop dealer relationships, and drive market growth • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years external sales management experience managing a team of 15 to 20 external reps • Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales • High energy and excellent verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and various sales software applications • Bachelor's degree in business or a closely related field • Strong computer skills, telephone management, and adaptability to new technology • Goal-oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement • Able to communicate and work amicably with diverse teams • Must live in Northern California or Pacific Northwest Region • Bachelor's degree or higher required • 3+ years of sales, marketing, auto finance and/or banking expertise required • Comfortable traveling throughout the assigned region
