📋 Description

• Review and process claims for various employer benefit plans according to IRS regulations and specific employer plan rules • Process claims daily, including all FSA claim types • Determine claim eligibility using available resources • Follow workload priorities and meet turnaround times • Process claim appeals • Troubleshoot software issues • Assist with other operational functions • Coordinate with other departments when appropriate • Assist Claims Supervisors with assigned projects • Work with Claims Supervisors to develop new processes and procedures • Communicate process changes and develop or update procedures • Promote continuous learning and knowledge sharing

• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment • High level of accuracy • Knowledge of IRS regulations and employer benefit plan rules • Ability to process all FSA claim types • Ability to determine eligibility using available resources • Ability to meet workload priorities and turnaround times • Ability to process claim appeals • Ability to troubleshoot software issues • Ability to coordinate with other departments • Continuous improvement approach to work
