📋 Description

• Work on AI/ML projects addressing fraud prevention, credit risk assessment, and real-time decision-making • Develop and enhance an agentic AI platform and intelligent agents that automate workflows and assist decision-making • Build solutions across engineering, product, operations, and customer experience domains • Develop platforms and tools to process, enrich, and optimize core company data • Design and implement AI-assisted workflows for production environments • Apply specification-driven development and declarative system design • Work with data ingestion, processing, analysis, and big data technologies • Collaborate with experienced engineers and researchers to brainstorm solutions and overcome technical challenges • Present research findings and project outcomes to teams and stakeholders • Contribute to the Data Acquisition Team’s ingestion, validation, and orchestration of raw data from internal systems and third-party providers

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related field • Demonstrated programming experience, including writing, reading, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting code • Hands-on experience developing software or programming solutions through professional experience, internships, academic coursework, school projects, research, personal/self-directed coding projects, or other hands-on programming experience • Hands-on experience using at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, C++, C#, JavaScript, or another relevant language • Ability to apply programming concepts and problem-solving skills to develop effective and maintainable solutions • Ability to provide examples of programming work upon request • Demonstrated ability to independently apply programming skills to solve problems or build software • Hands-on experience working with data, including data analysis, manipulation, or visualization • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred) • Familiarity with core DevOps practices (preferred) • Exposure to SQL, ELT, and data warehousing (preferred) • Exposure to foundational AI/ML concepts (preferred) • Interest in Spec-Driven Development and leveraging AI assistants to write structured, high-quality code (preferred) • Prior contributions to open-source projects or academic publications are a plus • Ability to articulate technical ideas clearly and work effectively within a team • Customer-focused approach to turning business problems into practical, user-centric software solutions
