📋 Description

• Own WEX’s Joiner, Mover, and Leaver identity lifecycle outcomes • Co-host the IAM Governance Council and drive policy reviews, backlog prioritization, risk reduction, continuous improvement, and KPI/KRI definition • Define business and technical requirements for automated lifecycle workflows, including Workday-based Birthright access and event-triggered Mover processes • Lead and develop IAM Operations and IAM Engineering teams, including Active Directory engineers • Partner with the Information Security SailPoint Administration/Configuration team on tested integration data and platform configurations • Support migration from SailPoint IdentityIQ to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud • Centralize access requests in SailPoint ISC and decommission the legacy Employee Service Portal/JSM IAM routing • Transition termination processing from batch synchronization to event-driven, immediate access revocation • Ensure engineering, integration, and operational work follows ITSM/ITIL standards • Drive automation, toil reduction, observability, and operational performance improvements • Oversee enterprise directory service health, security, lifecycle management, availability, and SailPoint integration • Define directory service architecture standards, modernize infrastructure, optimize group policy management, and streamline authentication protocols for zero trust • Serve as technical liaison to Application Owners onboarding hundreds of applications into SailPoint ISC • Define a tiered, risk-based application onboarding backlog and framework • Standardize identity data payloads and correlate identities to Global Workday IDs • Oversee connector factory preparation, including data mapping, payload sanitization, and pre-production testing • Replace manual service desk tickets with automated API-driven provisioning workflows • Develop scalable ABAC/RBAC role models with business leaders • Rationalize approximately 10,600 entitlements into a self-service request catalog • Design roles enforcing Segregation of Duties boundaries • Consolidate role definitions and ownership assignments in SailPoint

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of technical leadership experience in Identity and Access Management • Experience operating as a Product Owner, Solutions Architect, or Operations/Engineering Manager • Demonstrated success executing enterprise-level IAM transformations • Strong architectural understanding of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) data models • Experience with API/SCIM integrations • Experience with Active Directory (AD) • Experience with Workday as an authoritative HR source • Experience with enterprise ITSM platforms • Relevant industry certifications are required, such as CIAM, CISSP, CISM, ITIL v4 Foundation/Strategic Leader, or SailPoint-specific certifications • Deep understanding of ITSM/ITIL frameworks • Proven track record applying observability and toil reduction principles to operational workflows • Ability to co-lead governance committees • Ability to partner with decentralized application owners and collaborate with Information Security administration teams • Experience designing and implementing RBAC, ABAC, or hybrid access control frameworks • Knowledge of least-privilege security architectures • Experience with Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls • Experience with identity lifecycle, provisioning automation, directory services, and SailPoint integrations
