📋 Description

• Partner with business units across Amazon, Cargo, and Lean Six Sigma pillars to track and sustain improvement initiatives • Apply standard benefit calculation methodologies and performance-tracking frameworks consistently across pillars • Identify and quantify efficiency opportunities through data analysis and collaboration with operational teams • Develop and maintain benefit-tracking models and dashboards for realized and projected savings • Validate cost savings, productivity improvements, and other measurable outcomes with Finance and Continuous Improvement leadership • Conduct recurring audits and continuous monitoring to ensure data transparency and accuracy • Support Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement initiatives through data collection, benefit validation, and KPI tracking • Collaborate with CI leaders and Green Belt project owners to define baselines, measure outcomes, and calculate ROI • Provide analytical support for process mapping, root cause analysis, and performance benchmarking • Prepare executive-level dashboards, scorecards, and presentations summarizing progress, financial impact, and risks • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership • Support governance and reporting structures that drive accountability and informed decision-making • Liaise between Operational Excellence, IT, and Data teams on data architecture, reporting, and analytics initiatives • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and support data-source integration and automated performance reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field • 4+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or project management • Proven experience quantifying and validating operational or financial benefits • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced modeling and pivot tables • Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau • Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies • Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills for executive audiences • Experience with SQL, databases, or scripting languages such as Python or R • VBA preferred • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
