📋 Description

• Serve as an internal consultant across the enterprise to identify business and operational efficiency opportunities • Design, plan, and execute process changes and embed new processes and procedures for long-term sustainability • Partner with leadership across all lines of business to improve customer metrics, financial performance, and employee engagement • Deliver measurable results and lead change-management efforts to build employee and leadership support • Develop and launch the Center of Excellence operational-excellence strategy across 45–50 cargo sites in the US • Transform warehouse operations, showrooms, and prototypes at four flagship sites • Apply Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, value-stream mapping, process improvement, cargo-flow analysis, and technology, hardware, and software upgrades • Identify and coach local resources at individual sites and roll out the initiative across the WFS operation • Drive strategic planning to identify, prioritize, and align projects with corporate goals • Plan and execute multiple concurrent projects • Develop and present business cases to the Senior Leadership Team • Document new operating models • Develop KPIs to measure and monitor long-term sustainability • Provide documentation, training, and ongoing support to internal customers • Identify opportunities to improve EBITDA across organization structure, workflow, warehouse design and flow, and technology • Incorporate best practices to deliver measurable productivity improvements • Perform risk assessments, process mapping, process redesign, process simulations, root cause analyses, and time-and-motion studies • Evaluate insourcing and outsourcing opportunities • Embed consistent processes across North American operations • Identify, evaluate, and implement new technology solutions • Report directly to the SVP Center of Excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years’ experience in engineering, operations, or a related field • BA in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related area of study required • Six Sigma Black Belt required • Master’s degree preferred • Strong Excel skills • Excellent analytical skills • Excellent oral, written, and communication skills • Knowledge of change management and influential factors • Experience in Aviation, Automotive, Consumer Products, Industrials, Manufacturing, Production, or Logistics valued • Familiarity with SAP valued • Knowledge of planning processes and procedures • Awareness of budgets and forecasts contribution • Ability to work in the field and cooperate and collaborate through influence • Personable and professional demeanor • Ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time • Ability to operate a computer and office productivity machinery • Ability to walk short distances, reach above/below shoulder, and handle/grasp documents or office equipment • Ability to sit and/or stand for short or extended periods • Ability to lift/carry/move objects, files, and documents up to 10 pounds • Regular and punctual attendance consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
