📋 Description

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair fueling equipment, including dispensers, card readers, site controllers, and related systems • Perform preventive maintenance and replace parts and components as needed • Coordinate complex repairs with vendors and service providers • Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutions • Maintain accurate service records, maintenance logs, and repair documentation • Conduct routine inspections of fueling locations • Perform general maintenance including lighting replacement, painting, minor repairs, and seasonal upkeep • Order, pick up, and install parts and materials • Serve as a primary field representative at assigned fueling locations • Respond to customer questions, service requests, and equipment-related concerns • Communicate repair status, next steps, and resolution plans • Build positive working relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders • Support environmental, health, and safety programs • Assist with inspections, testing, and compliance activities involving underground and aboveground storage tank systems • Maintain records required by company policies and regulatory agencies • Support hazardous waste management programs • Interface with local, state, and federal agencies during inspections and regulatory reviews • Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency situations • Quickly assess and resolve equipment and operational issues to minimize downtime and customer impact • Help restore safe and reliable operations

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a field environment • Strong customer service and communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace • Preferred: Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, fueling, industrial, or commercial equipment • Preferred: Experience in field service, facilities maintenance, petroleum operations, automotive repair, HVAC, electrical maintenance, or a related technical field • Preferred: Familiarity with fueling systems, dispensers, cardlock operations, POS systems, or fuel site controls • Preferred: Experience using Salesforce, Smartsheet, or similar business applications • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and perform physical maintenance activities • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions • Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory
