📋 Description

• Design email campaigns, promotions, newsletters, and lifecycle emails • Turn copy and marketing concepts into compelling visual designs • Create mobile-friendly, conversion-focused email layouts • Maintain consistency across email campaigns and brand guidelines • Collaborate with marketing, copy, and eCommerce teams • Create variations for testing and continuously improve creative based on performance • Balance creativity, customer experience, and business results • Submit a design task as part of the application

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of email or digital design experience, preferably in DTC/eCommerce • Strong portfolio showcasing email and digital design • Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and responsive design • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently • Klaviyo experience is a plus, but not required • Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms • Understanding of email marketing and A/B testing • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus • Portfolio with 3–5 examples of email designs, preferably for DTC, eCommerce, or consumer brands
