📋 Description

• Own White Circle's content vision and editorial direction • Turn customer conversations into case studies, customer stories, and reference materials • Write and publish long-form content across Medium, Substack, LinkedIn, X, and the website • Develop technical and non-technical content about AI safety, evaluation, governance, and reliability • Create launch narratives for products, features, and research initiatives • Partner with Product and support wider business teams as needed • Help founders maintain a consistent public voice across LinkedIn, X, conferences, and other channels • Build repeatable content creation, publication, and distribution processes • Experiment with new formats and channels to reach technical audiences

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional writing ability • Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly without oversimplifying • Strong editorial judgment • Ability to independently identify worthwhile content • Experience creating content for technical audiences • Ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on writing • Fluent in English • Engineering, computer science, or technical background (a big plus) • Experience building an audience through writing (a big plus) • Track record of making technical topics compelling (a big plus) • Experience creating content that influenced product adoption, company positioning, or revenue generation (a big plus) • Submit 3 writing samples and explain why they were selected
