📋 Description

• Own day-to-day finance and accounting operations across different entities, focusing on the US entity and US GAAP accounting • Own the monthly financial close and ensure reporting and financial data are accurate and up to date • Work with external accountants, tax advisors, auditors, and other finance providers as needed • Build and maintain financial reporting covering revenue, expenses, cash, burn, runway, and overall financial health • Own budgeting and forecasting, including revenue, expenses, headcount, cash needs, and runway • Build and maintain financial models supporting hiring, spending, pricing, fundraising, and strategic decisions • Help design and improve accounting and finance processes as the company scales • Prepare financial information and analyses for investors, fundraising, board materials, and due diligence • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive finance workflows and improve financial reporting quality and speed

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with US GAAP accounting (must-have) • Strong accounting fundamentals • Comfortable owning the financial close and financial reporting process • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the finance function without needing a large team around you • Experience with accounting or finance in a multi-entity or group company setup • CPA qualification (a big plus) • Experience with international accounting (a big plus) • Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, cash flow planning, and burn/runway tracking (a big plus) • Ability to build lightweight dashboards and internal tools when needed (a big plus) • Comfortable building financial models from scratch and using them to answer real business questions (a big plus) • Experience setting up finance and accounting processes from scratch (a big plus) • Submit application in English
