• Conduct outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers • Schedule qualified meetings for licensed commercial insurance brokers • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and appointment-setting goals • Manage prospect records, follow-ups, and daily tasks in Salesforce • Set follow-up reminders and maintain consistent communication with prospects • Assist with setting up Workers' Compensation analyses for brokers • Utilize creative sales techniques to reach prospects • Provide general sales and administrative support to brokers
• Sales Experience - Highly preferred, but not required • Proven track record - Quota and goal achievements • Strong Interpersonal Skills - Proficient in written and verbal communication • Team Player - You excel in a team-oriented atmosphere • Industry Knowledge - Insurance (or Worker's Comp) knowledge preferred, but not required • CRM Experience - Salesforce or other CRM experience is a plus
