📋 Description

• Support the successful execution of projects through comprehensive administrative and operational support • Coordinate planning activities and track project progress • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for decision-making and stakeholder communication • Maintain, organize, and update project documentation and content • Gather, validate, and analyze project scope, schedule, cost, and resource data • Coordinate project milestones and on-time completion with internal stakeholders • Identify and communicate project issues, dependencies, and risks • Support proactive mitigation strategies and solutions • Track resource allocations and identify potential constraints or gaps • Foster communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders • Evaluate project management processes, tools, and templates and recommend improvements • Refer complex, unusual problems to supervisor • Work under general supervision with regular review by a senior coworker or supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred • Specialized skills training/certification may be required • Generally, 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility • 1+ years of experience in project management environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving • Capacity to make data-driven suggestions • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time
